It’s international self care day. Boom.
In these modern, hectic, unpredictable times I feel like it’s more important than ever that we all take care of ourselves.
It’s okay, we all need that moment where need we just wish for a break from everything and focus on having some “me time”. Stop wishing and start taking those moments for self reflection and relexation. Little bit of time alone, no distractions, just you, yourself and I reconnecting, re-channeling your energy.
Self care is not selfish. It’s necessary. You cannot serve from an empty vessel. Your mental, your physical body and inner spirituality need to taken care of and feed the vital nourishment for you to gain a better understanding of you as a person and your current stage in life, whilst you’re in full pursuit of your life goals.
Build healthy habits and routines, take time to heal from emotional wounds, once the mind is at ease, the body will feel free.
The secret to all of our futures are written in our daily routines. Practise what you wish, take care of yourself.
Smile for today was a good day, laugh for tomorrow as it’ll bring more joy.
